Thijs
Founder and Rails specialist who has taught multiple programmers in the art of programming in RoR. He was one of the first Dutchies to start developing applications for RoR in production environments in mid 2005.
Roy
Founder and front-end specialist. (X)HTML, CSS & Javascript hold no secrets. Transforming graphic design into cross-browser compatible, accessible code is what he lives for. Besides that he also does PHP & (basic) RoR programming.
Ron
Used to be our intern, now a regular employee after graduating. No front-end, just Rails. And good at it.
Robert
After spending his internship on ConfNetwork, he decided to stick with 80beans. CakePHP god & Rails enthusiast.
